I put my 18 month old bulldog into WAGGING WOOFERS care on 29/12/17 for a week whilst I went on holiday. Billy was in their care for 3 hours and she put him into a kennel without my consent as my dog had “marked” 3 times (this is normal dog behaviour , especially coming into a new house with so many other dogs) I clearly stated under no circumstances should he be put into a kennel as I only got him 6 months ago after he was kept in a kennel by his previous owner. No attempt was made to contact my daughter who was the emergency contact in my absence.

I was not informed my dog had been put in kennels for 2 days despite texting for an update.

I came home early from my holiday and it took me 3 attempts and threatening to call the police before I was told where my dog was.

My dog was so distressed that he refused to eat , move off his blanket or even go into the garden for a wee.
