I decided to see Rak after spending many years dealing with mental stresses from the past that were bringing me down on a daily basis. I was skeptical at first, but the session was such a wonderful, eye opening experience. I left Rak's office with a huge grin on my face, looking forward to life and seeing it from a positive new perspective. If there's something bringing you down, even if you don't like talking about it, go and see Rak. You don't even need to tell him what's getting you down, because that's not what he concentrates on. All of the negativity I felt was literally lifted away like a blanket, and it was incredible. I have a new found appreciation of life, and overall, I'm happy. The experience definitely changed my life in such a huge way, and I couldn't be more grateful. Rak is so down to earth and nice to talk to, and passionate about what he does. He isn't a Master Practitioner for no reason, so if you have something getting you down, what are you waiting for?

Rak helped me with getting nervous and flustered during driving tests, after the session i felt noticeably calmer and relaxed. My mindset had completely changed, i would highly recommend.

I'm a long term pain sufferer, I've been treated for and living with rheumatoid arthritis for approximately 16 years. As time as gone on, my daily aches and pains have intensified not to mention my mobility has been greatly affected. I decided to take the plunge with the treatment offered by Rak, and I'm very pleased that I did, I've noticed that my mobility and movement has become a lot more fluid and although I'm still on all my meds, the excessive pain and discomfort that I used to suffer day and night as subsided to which at times I can miss the odd dose of pain meds and still function and cope quite well with life. A vast improvement from the last few years. My sincere thanks to Future Creations associates.

I have suffered from low self confidence for years and have always had issues with my weight, dieting doesn't work for me.
When I contacted Rak he took the time to listen to what I had to say, he asked questions that made me look at my life in different ways and using hypnosis he helped me to feel more confident than I have been in years.
I smile all the time now and feel good in myself all thanks to Rak.
I am going back to see Rak to help me with my weight problem next and I would recommend Rak to anyone.
