We requested a patio to replace our old one, and they simply laid a new one on top which was not level. We were also looking forward to creating a safe space for our autistic son but instead of this we have had several issues and a replacement company have to come in and fix all the work. All in all it has cost us several thousand pounds on top of the fee we paid them. We will leave it there but could say so much more.
