I have been really impressed with the results I have seen through training one to one with Mark. I lack motivation on my own and have to be pushed to strive towards my goals. Being a fairly fussy eater as well Mark has been great with adapting a food plan to try and curb my binges. I enjoy the training sessions and like the variety in that I'm not always doing the same exercises, as I would have done if I was training myself.

I have just completed 6 week health package from have a hart with great results. Marc guided me every step of the way with helpful and easy to follow diet plans and workouts. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and set about helping me to get there. Marc is a great pt genuinely nice guy and given my results great at what he does. Cannot recommend Marc more highly. If you want results go to have a hart.

I was struggling to lose weight as a plus size. Called Mark for personal training as I didn't want to go to the public gym nearby yet . He advised me on diet and devised a plan of exercises that suited me perfectly. Lost half a stone in 10 weeks which I am very pleased with. Would definitely recommend Have a Hart.

Have A Hart first helped me with my fitness after meeting Mark at a local gym. Mark advised that some exercises I was doing was not suited to me.
Mark suggested a consultation, one to one session and a health MOT from that he would be able to help me achieve my targets. The results from my MOT instantly motivated me to look at what I was eating and drinking.
I have always struggled in a large gym environment, feeling unsure and unconfident so Mark’s private gym is ideal for me as I feel at ease there. Have A Hart also offers diet advise and nutrition advise, so with this working alongside my new exercise regime I have lost a stone and managed to keep the weight off, however it was not weight that I was concerned about I wanted to change body shape and this has happened. I look trim, clothes fit well and I’m confident.
I’m now a happy body shape, educated in what to eat and how to train to achieve my own goal.
