I contacted Sharon after I was convinced by friends that I needed to see a sports therapist due to continued back and shoulder niggles. Being in my 40's playing a lot of squash, not stretching properly on top of spending too much time sitting at a computer, I was starting suffer on a daily basis with tightness and mild pain.
