Mark came and installed some windows in a new oak frame construction last year. He used the wrong gaskets in the windows so they leak masses of water every time it rains. He won't return calls, won't come to fix the job, so we're going to have to take it to small claims court. Having done a bit more research we've now found a second person he's done exactly the same thing to. Avoid.
