Totally unacceptable level of service and after care. I most definitely would and could not recommend using this firm. I found them to be untrustworthy and added to my distress . I do not appreciate and will not tolerate such unprofessional behaviour and have submitted a formal complaint to the Federation of Funeral Directors. This has been simply ignored ---to date.
