DO NOT USE! I had my belongings in storage with this firm for 8 months. When I arranged for their return not only were there damaged items but several things were missing including irreplaceable personal effects. Strangely enough I had other peoples things delivered to me too so I can only assume the same things happened to mine. But the big issue was that they did nothing about it. Sure they promised to but 4 weeks later nothing and they won't return my calls/emails. It says something when they walked off the job when I pointed out some damage and later accused me of being threatening ha ha. Some of this damage was just amateurish - packing tape over wood and metals that damaged the items when removed. Some damage was caused by the goods being stored in an old metal shipping container on waste ground in Dalton over winter so things had rust and damp. Beware their excuse for this is that it's self storage even though they took care of the whole job! One star given as it's the lowest I can give. A definate candidate for Rogue Traders!! 01-08-14
