AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY

I was away to the lake district for the weekend. My petsitter lost her keys and mine. I contacted this joiner/locksmith to change the locks. Got back on Monday to see he has made a complete mess of the work he has done. I’ve sent him messages asking him to fix the issue and sent pictures and videos. Not only has he made a mess the locks aren’t secure enough. He was paid via bank transfer. He hasn’t responded and has switched off his phone or blocked me. Was hoping he would do the decent thing and at least respond but guess not.
