I had a puncture on a brand new tyre, only 3 days old. I wanted a plug repair, after removing the wheel and tyre they refused to fit the plug for the repair and they refused to reinstall the tyre.
They subsequently said that they would fit a new tyre instead.

Absolute con artists. Never never never go there, a disgrace to the profession.

Fortunately I had a space saver in the boot that I fitted to the car.

Instead of a £10 repair they wanted £100 for new tyre and install.

I am so livid, they really thought I was going to fall for that one.

The inside of the tyre had a little wear as it had been run on for about 3 miles in a flat condition. However in my opinion after examination of the tyre I will get another 10,000 miles from it.
