I visited the Bathstore in Cambridge in order to purchase a new bathroom suite. It took a full 2 minutes for a rather large lady who i assumed to be the manager to acknowledge me. She was both rude and terse in her dealings with me, providing me with very little factual information, Obviously i will not be buying from this store. Mt advice, give this company a swerve at all costs !!!!
