Had to go to the shop with my 2 children (no one else to look after them) I needed a dress to go out in for a hen doo and for the wedding. The lady in the formal wear shop across the road was nice as she has been on other occasions I've been in and bought stuff. Went for a quick look across the road at the original Dune next to Warrens. My Mum always buys loads from there. One of my children sat on the bench reading a magazine and my other stood behind the rack of clothes I was looking at. Whilst I appreciate the lady does not want stock pawed - ( I did tell my children no - I wasn't letting them run riot) I feel disappointed she had to speak to me so rudely. There are ways of saying things to your customers and her way unfortunately has left myself and my family no option but not to shop there ever again. Goodness knows how they cope with holiday makers who are usually families covered in sand and ice cream! 17-03-16
