Faulty goods, owner won’t take responsibility!

I paid over £40 for an expensive leather dog collar and lead. The collar broke by a main road and I was very lucky not to lose my dog in the traffic - nightmare! Collar was poor quality and faulty.
The owner of this shop refused to do anything about it. Only giving one star because this site won’t accept zero! I do NOT recommend using them.
