Waited in all day yesterday for a delivery... There was no call to say delivery was imminent or even that they weren't going to show up, This morning I receive a message to say that they couldn't deliver and upon tracking is says no one was home. Shocking!!!!! Complete waste of time and I have been inconvenienced

I would like to thank your delivery crew for their first class service today. I live at 8 Fernieside Grove EH177DE and was due a delivery however due to 4 inches of snow today the van was unable to get into my street but as the delivery was for my daughters 40th B/day the chaps agreed to carry it through the snow to my house. 5 star customer care.
