absolutely worst salon i have ever been to- owner is corrupt and fraudulently sells products- pretends it is human hair, actually all synthetic hair. they don't know the first thing about extensions or color matches, and when showing me the hair had it folded up, and ended up selling me black dip dye extensions. owner is not only rude, but will completely rip you off, pricing the fake hair at extortionate prices. she is definitely not a hair specialist, and cannot be trusted. overall, my experience was appalling and i came out £200 poorer, with a few rows of synthetic, ratty- ended hair, which wouldn't be suitable for any purpose. i would advise NOBODY to go to this salon, unless you have a desire for foul looking, plastic hair. when taking these extensions to a top hairdresser, they said they were laughable and un-usebale- so i took them back to the shop, and this woman wouldn't allow me a refund, highlighting the corrupt and foul nature of the shop. WOULDN'T ADVISE GOING HERE. 13-04-16
