Since I began the hobby of keeping tropical fish, I used Fintasia to buy my fish as it seemed well stocked , clean and staff were friendly. This is true, however the lack of information on the variety of fish is missing, so you have to keep asking a staff member.
My rating is to do with this and the times I have been sold the wrong fish, especially 2 that were labelled cuckoo catfish. Having bought them I later realised they were Featherfins which grow huge. I would never have bought these if I knew that. It was months after I realised, ( having looked online) so I went back to the owner and he denied that he would stock cuckoos. The fact is he was caught out and then lied to me. He offered to take them but would only give me a 10% discount on my next purchase. Yeah...right !
