Absolutely horrendous.
No care for the people who attend here. Started first week (not an actual counselling session)only for the therapist to say she would be off for two weeks for an operation.
When rang for help which I was told was ok a stuck up woman answered the phone she had zero compassion and talked to me like I was dirt
We can't help you

Just awful staff. Couldn't care less about your wellbeing really sad
