Windows were measured wrong and they shoved 4inches of cement under window to the ledge not pretty.Cold air is blowing in around the frame and loads of cracks in the plaster which I repaired twice already myself but cracks soon show back through.Outside cement was also cracked from windows down.Really upset they have done more damage than good to my home.When approached they won't take responsibility and just blame the fitter that they supplied but oh he is self employed so not our fault.Called fensa who they claimed they were registered with,but no not been a member with them for a few years.I would not recommend them to anyone and I could just sit down and cry.
