Through sport I have been a patient of simon's for as long as i can remember, he has continued to keep me fit always giving super treatment and always the best advice, which like all sportsmen and women we don't always want to hear or heed.

3 years ago i had a pretty nasty back injury fracturing L3 AND L5 and a displacement of L4 and severe Ligament damage i have had to be pretty careful in everything i do as the slightest over rotation and i am simply on all fours stuck unable to move.

With Simon's help i have been able to return to almost 100% of normal work and living activity's without the need of painkillers and anti inflammatory treatment, which are all great to ease the pain but are not so good for your stomach in the medium to long term.

I have to say a massive thank you Simon, without your level of knowledge and expertise i am sure i would be unable to walk let alone still cycle and jog and still do a little gym work, so thanks again Simon, anyone who struggles with serious back pain will fully understand what real pain is, go put your faith into simon's hands you won't be sorry.
