If the option to give no starts was available i would be using that instead of 1 star! I am extremely unhappy with the service at Amy Nails, the staff in there are very rude and make you feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, they sit and chat amongst t themselves in their own language whilst doing your nails, which I find extremely rude and unprofessional as it always feels as if they are talking and laughing about you, they charge different prices every time, for example, I had my nails done last week, full set of gel nails, white tips and nail art and it cost me £33, my Mum went in just 1 WEEK LATER TO THE DAY for EXACTLY THE SAME THING and they charged her £40, I find this absolutely outrageous and disgusting, when my Mum questioned them about it however, they made her feel very uneasy and uncomfortable and then when I phoned the store I just got spoken to very rudely and then hung up on, I think their customer service is absolutely disgusting and the nails themselves mediocre as I always come away from there with sore finger, bleeding cuticles and wonky white tips, I can safely say I will NEVER be using this place again, very unprofessional and mediocre nails!!!! Terrible place!!!! 07-08-14
