Have dedicated a website to our experience in the hope that someone might benefit from our extremely poor experience!!! http://for-review.myfreesites.net but in short our 4 week project took 6 months to submit - didn't listen, kept finding reasons to charge more money, didn't challenge BCO when there was money to be made - quoted £565 for SAPS calcs that were not needed if they could be bothered to contest (we did successfully ourselves)- I was quoted £115 elsewhere!!! Rip off merchant - avoid like the plague!!!!!! Cannot select zero stars but would if I could
