MOTHER & DAUGHTERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP If I could I would give it a ZERO but it will not let me

I went to this shop with my daughter the person who served us was not very helpful looked us up & down that we should not be in the shop, my daughter found two dresses she liked so tried them on when I had to ask several times before she could, the person in question said the dress was limited and only one other had been sold in the Derbyshire area, I did some research online and found other venues were selling the same dress for between £100-£150 less which I found quite frustrating. I called the shop today to ask if this was in stock and the person I spoke to on the phone was the same who had served us but I asked about this she said was not in stock as they had sold hundreds, so I did ask her that why was I told by her only one was sold a week and half ago she told me that it was not her that who I was talking to was called Kelly(only be there a year) the other person who apparently who we saw in the shop was Megan (this is so far fetched due I described her then she came up with these names) so I did ask if I could speak to the Manager and was put on hold then 5 mins later she came back on the phone Kelly or was it Megan and told me the manager was in a meeting so I politely asked the persons name and then she put the phone down on me. I called back and she answered (Megan or was it Kelly in fact I think the same person) said she did not know the managers name, completely weird as if you work there and its not a big shop that you would know your colleagues names and manager! perhaps amnesia! I am afraid I feel this shop to all mums and daughters avoid.

These dresses are very expensive, do not expect exclusivity. I bought my daughter a prom dress expecting it to be a one off however it appears that this is not the case. Called to see if they could help me out as another girl has bought the same dress. All I wanted was an exchange I did not expect my money back. The person I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and wouldn't even consider my daughter's predicament. Would not recommend them to anyone.
