The staff at Blue Lagoon Spas are very helpful and friendly. They have a vast knowledge of their products and were able to offer us advice, without being pushy at all. The showroom is fantastic and you can see different models of hot tubs, enabling you to see what you are ordering.

The installation went exactly as planned. The installation team were polite and professional. They explained everything to us clearly and they were very patient.
