RIO used to be a great place, but lately, since March 2020, prices have been quite high, especially by the main female staff working there. Also, it is very rare that you get any receipts. As some friends just pointed out to me, they are a charity. Why have they not been empathic to people that try to survive by going to their plece and buy reasonable priced items, especially in those Covid 19 times. Again, aren't they supposed to be a charity?
