Said he would come round at 5pm, I rang him at 5.15pm and he said that he was just leaving Lowestoft, he said he would still come over, failed to show and failed to answer his phone, sent text this morning, not answered.

He may be an excellent mechanic, I don't know but he certainly knows how to destroy any confidence in a new customer.
