Not impressed! We had a contract with them for fire extinguishers at our Church (which closed last June), they made their maintenance visit last month which was allowed as we wanted to ensure that the extinguishers were okay for insurance reasons whilst we wait for the sale of building.
Without asking one extinguisher was replaced and an additional one fitted. Both these new extinguishers are chrome and therefore do not comply to current regulations which state the body should be 95% red.
