Disappointment does not come near, appalling customer service poor opening hours!
The shop had been closed from Saturday afternoon and then opened on Wednesday my mother arrived at 2:50pm to be greeted at the top of the stairs with the owner saying she was closed, she said she closed at 3pm, which by my mothers watch was another ten minutes off?
"I open 10-3 and I am going home now, I haven't got time to measure you, I close Sunday, Monday and Tuesday".
What the shop keeper didn't know was that my mother was willing to spend a considerable amount of money that day, but now the own has lost out!!
I cannot believe that the owner gave such poor service, now mum will be spending her money elsewhere, not a local shop and not in Skipton!!
