AVOID THIS COMPANY. For three months they kept my elderly mother waiting on a job with a lead time originally quoted as two weeks. Numerous broken promises, wrong parts delivered for installation, utter lack of communication and exceptionally poor customer service.

That said, the fitter subcontracted to (eventually) do the work was helpful and courteous, doing everything he could to make up for Kitchen Spellmaster's failings.
