Booked my car in for a service as part of a groupon deal. Was told to be there for 10am. Got there they were shut.Waited half an hour and no one turned up. Managed to get a refund back from groupon. Avoid this garage at all costs.

Long story short, having to take my car to a garage to get work carried out that should have been done for the price quoted. showed very aggressive behaviour when confronted. Plenty of other genuine garages out there.

Had a groupon car service,it was very cheap,
good value for money.
they did a good job on my car ,found all the problems that I new of already.
friendly people, happy to help you, will recommend them.

I was assaulted while trying to talk to a group on customer service advisor due to a dispute for £7.99 for service+ gratuity! Funny I thought the service was already paid for as for the gratuity ( is that not my my discretion). How do garages like this still exist. Nasty people to deal with. 0 stars nasty people. Oh yeah I had to call the police in the end to get my car key for the sake of £7.99 as I was assaulted while on the phone to a group on customer advisor trying to resolve the issue! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Save your money! I booked for a re gas and service of my car air con with AA1 Autocentre, which was great for 2 days then ran out! After contacting AA1 to ask why this has happened, I was told there must be a leak in the system, so I explained that I thought the service included checking for any leaks, only to then be told I must have a minute leak, which would need a more extensive test to find, and cost me extra money.
I feel like they have told me a load of rubbish and they just want you to spend more money on other services.. I haven't gone back to AA1, I have taken my car elsewhere.. I wouldn't recommend.!

Avoid like the flague.

I brought a groupon voucher for a car service and they didnt bother to change my bmw car oil filter. On top of this they were unable to clear the service light on the dashboard. I had to manually remove the service light myself when I got home. They wont stamp your book unless you ask!

I spoke to a few people sitting in reception and they were sceptical about their service and air con service. If you buy a air con groupon voucher they will ask you to pay extra for something which should be offered as part of the groupon voucher but it is not!

Do not waste your money!

It is hard to describe how awful this garage is, but the fact that they forgot to put the oil cap back on the engine after a simple oil and oil filter change is evidence enough. When their mistake was discovered and reported to them, they then lied about the matter, claiming that the car had been handed back with the oil cap on and it "must have been faulty and fallen off itself". They denied all responsibility and hung up the telephone.

On top of this, they would not provide paperwork following a "full service", grossly exaggerated their prices (claiming that the price was "up to the value of servicing a Ferrari for example") and even attempted to overcharge by adding on "oil disposal fee" and "sump" fees.

Their cambelt replacement quote was also 40% more than any good independent would quote, but since this establishment even fail to do basic oil and filter changes correctly and then, to make matters worse, outright lie about their mistakes, I wouldn't trust them with such a job even if their price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else. Why try to save a few pounds, most likely as a false economy, when your car could be your life?

The workshop was poorly maintained, untidy and dirty and does not look anything like the 'glossy' images I had beforehand seen on the internet. A good mechanic keeps his garage in good neat order and a good business respects its customers and makes amends for any mistakes which is makes. All of these facets were sorely deficient with this establishment.

And if matters could be any worse, my partner was leered at and inappropriate comments made by one of the mechanics. If it were just this reason alone she said she would not recommend this garage to any females.
