Having never used a kennel before I wasn't sure what to expect. My dog stunk so badly when I picked him up I couldn't drive home without the windows wide open! His fur was matted so badly and he has been unwell with diahhorea ever since. I can't believe dogs are left to get into this state when they you trust (and pay) someone who is supposed to be professional dog carers! He had to have an immediate visit to the groomers who advised me that he had to be shaved to get rid of the smell as just a wash simply wouldn't do! He has also started urinating in the house and become very jumpy! Never ever again!
