I had a problem with my Sony TV today and despite using the Sony Troubleshooting procedure I could not restore picture. Contacted "AY" at 9.30am fully expecting to be told that either I needed a new TV or expensive repair as set is 9 years old. However, the very helpful gentleman, who I presume is the owner of the business, suggested I try the (Sony) reset procedure for my model. Hey presto, even this non technical person succeeded in following the instructions and the picture was restored shortly after 10.00am.

My sincere thanks to "AY" for adopting the service ethos rather than profit motive by immediately suggesting the set needed repair. It is good to know that this type of business still exists.
