Jeff Kersey. Avoid this outright liar and his appalling lets4 services.Jeff was used by us. What a regret. Caused me no end of money and issues. Please read all these reviews as I was looking to see if any other people have had issues with him. As he is not professional registered you cannot complain to the ombudsman etc. Jeff Kersey is a liar, as another post on here States nice in person then lies and ignores you when you need him. Big cowboy who should not be allowed to be in the rental business. please stay clear of him.

Students beware. Avoid renting with Lets 4 & Jeff Kersey. The guy appears friendly and genuine at first but he is untrustworthy and unreliable. When it came to getting back my deposit money, Jeff was nearly impossible to get hold off. On the rare occasions I got hold of him he had different excuses for not handing over the money he owed. It took a month of emails, phone calls and eventually a letter promising legal action for him to finally hand over my money. I dread to think how many people have been ripped off by Lets 4 like this. Save yourself a lot of hassle and rent with a different company!

Do not rent with Lets4. I am still chasing him (Jeff) for my deposit, do not get invlolved with this company. He refused to hand the deposit money over to our new landlord when the house was sold, whilst we were living in it, and now we are having to chase him for it. Our emails and calls are now being ignored and we have not heard from Jeff for over 3 weeks.

Keep away from Lets4.

Biased company. Avoid at all costs. Caused my company no end of issues. State by email one thing then lie. Deny and do another. Sure many other people will have poor dealings with lets4 and in particular Jeff at lets4. Nice to you in person and then hide behind devoius e-mails.
