Steve Roff is the most horrid man, he arrived on the job complaining about how far he had had to come to do the job, then he left without properly unblocking the drains leaving the area around the manhole cover filthy with human toilet waste dispite having the hosepipe all ready in his hand. When I contacted him on the telephone to tell him it wasnt unblocked and to ask why he hadnt cleaned the area around the manhold cover and that my mother was 82 years old and had just had a hip operation, he shouted down the phone at me 'now listen here, its not my job to clean the flooding around the manhole cover' and promptly hung up the phone! My mother was charged £10 more than what was quoted, it wasnt unblocked properly before leaving and he left the area filthy with human waste, a disgraceful thing to do to an 82 year old woman. Absolute rogue trader and needs to be shamed.. I have since called another person who has unblocked the drains properly and cleaned the area. 18-10-21
