Finally after being cancelled five times we cancelled this order with safe seal. Not even one phone call from Darren bloors who was the guy that owned the company. Very poor customer service. We now have two windows that were not what we ordered off them. Had a company round that is in the same village who came round within half an hour and is going to fit within four weeks and he was even cheaper! So not only was safe seal ripping us off with the price, they couldn't be bothered to apologise for making us wait three months! Do not use this company, they are terrible.

Do not use this company. We paid them £150, they came round to do the front door survey and we gave them 6 weeks before we wanted the door fitting then they kept telling us there was a delay with the suppliers relying the fitting by another month. They now do not answer the phone. The landline goes through to a mobile which is always an answer machine. Finally someone picked up who was a relative she said and didn't know why the phone was going through to the mobile but she would try both DARREN and MARCUS and get one to ring me back. THEY ARE TOTALLY A SCAM. Do not be fooled. We are going to drive to where they say their office is in Congleton but not holding up much hope.They should be closed down.

Very poor no after sales service he does not answer the phone we have tried to get him since March to October I do not recommend safe seal of congelton
