Clifton Heating and Kitchens Ltd. CANNOT BE TRUSTED. They sold their one week’s Timeshare accommodation at Sunset Harbour Club, Adeje, Tenerife (Apartment number Q3) to my 80 year old dad. Ian Grosvenor was asked if there would be any further charges at the resort. He said NO. On arrival the apartment was not available, but the resort advised us that they would sort out the problem. We were put into a different apartment. On check out we had to pay the full cost of the accommodation to the resort. Ian Grosvenor had banked his Timeshare Points and the week was NOT available. When my dad contacted him on our return he showed no remorse and was arrogant and obnoxious.
