Mt Daughter brought a dress in to you to be cleaned it was with you for 4 weeks and it cost her £120 this was a £2,000 dress it was sent to a specialist in Ilfracomb.
Upon collecting the dress she found that there were still several stains on the gown also a black mark on the hip of the gown which was not there previously and a tear in the lace embellishments on the bust area revealing the undergarment, she was not expecting it to be perfect but was certainly not expecting it to be returned to her in a worse condition than when it went in and certainly did not expect it to come baclk with the lace torn. she contacted you by phone as she was very upset and understandably angry that this had happened there was no apology and you argues with her and refused to accept responsibility for what had happened.
she brought the dress back to you to on the same day after speaking to you on the phone the lady she saw in the shop simply rolled her eyes and huffed about the situation still no apology until my daughter actually she should give her one. She gave my daughter a ticket as the dress was sent off to someone else and that he would be in contact . Someone did ring my daughter but refused to comment on the state the dress was returned in and also refused to inform my daughter of their cleaning process just stating that everything is done by computer He then said " leave it with me" and that he would get back to her. she asked who was going to pay for the damage that had been done to her dress and he refused to comment again. She advised him that she would be taking the matter further as it was unacceptable, he didn't even apologise for what had happened. I am absolutely disgusted that you could treat a customer in such a way. This is her wedding dress the most important and precious dress any woman will ever bye and your company has ruined it. and you are fefusing to discuss or accept responsibility for what has happened.
