Only giving 1 star as I couldn't give zero! Phoned the shop on Thursday morning to try to make an appointment and was told to come anytime before 4.30pm that day. We arrived at 4.00pm after a 1hr 30min drive to find the shop closed. Phoned the office and was told that the owner/manager had left and there was nothing they could do. The office staff did apologise but with an attitude of tough, it's not our problem. Made the 1hr 30mins journey home with my daughter crying most of the way. Also requested that the manager call me but I have heard nothing. I am digusted. 22-02-14
