Made error when installing the fireplace - marble was off centre - paid cheque on completion of job - was not until he had left I noticed it was off centre - called company up - no call back. I appreciate these things happen - disappointing when you do not get text or calls responded to - would have been nice to have an appology as I am the one who is left looking at his error and there is nothing I can do.. Banked the money and ran - nice chap whilst at house - however - you judge someone by how they remedy a problem - in this case - ignored - banked cheque and scarpered .. Disappointed
