I went into this shop two weeks ago and asked if they can do a simple repair job on a shoulder bag. I was told that they could do so and it would take three days. So on Monday the 16th I took the bag in and wait for the call which never came. I rang on Thursday afternoon and was told it would be done for the following day. So I went in yesterday and nothing had been done at all. They had even bothered to find out if they had the material in stock to do the job. The lady in the shop didn't even attempt to make an excuse as to why never bothered doing any work towards the repair until yesterday. All she said was they could order the materials in but it would take three days.

If they had done that on Monday I could have still collected the bag on Friday and been totally unaware that there was a problem. Even if she had bothered to pick the phone up and explained the issue that would have been something. The brass neck cheek to tell me over the phone when I rang on Thursday to say it would be done on Friday knowing full well that she had even bothered picking up the bag all week.

Shockingly poor customer service, unprofessional attitude and no attempt at an apology.

My advice is to go somewhere that customers are valued.
