Avoid like the plague! Appalling customer service and no idea about how to maintain customer relationships.
I went for an MOT and a check at 08:15 promised that I would finish by 09:00 over the phone. When I was there they promised they would have my car ready by 09:30 which is half an hour later than initially promised. Fair enough they were busy. I arrive at 09:30 and they promise to have my car ready by 09:45. I also realise that they are not the ones who perform the MOT test. They gave my car to someone else and they were sitting around making phone calls to find out if its finished. In the end they had my car ready at 10:30 after a lot of promises. They have no proper customer waiting room so you have to hang around next to the cars being repaired which can be quite dangerous. No one from their staff asked if I need anything while waiting for an hour and they had no courtesy to even inform regularly of the situation. Instead I had to ask every 15 minutes what is happening. I lost valuable time from my work and my morning.
When the owner came back instead of apologising about the delay he just handed me the MOT certificate and had the nerve to deny any wrongdoings. Overall I wasn't very impressed.
