AVOID THIS COMPANY is my advice! - Just wish I had read the reviews before I decided to use them.
Ordered a fire surround and fireplace from this company which came to a significant amount of money (£thousands). After it was fitted we complained that there were rust marks and blemishes on the Acquisitions stainless steal fire place. They came out to re inspect the job and agreed that this wasn't right and that they would speak to the supplier (Acquisitions of London) and come back and rectify the problem.

They returned and changed part of the fire from stock they had, however there were still blemished and rust marks on the rest of the fireplace and after weeks and weeks of chasing a date for when they would be fixing the problem they suddenly turned nasty and told me, the customer to stop harassing them!

I then wrote to Acquisitions of London and they were no better and offered no solutions.

Do not use this company as they are nothing short of hopeless!
