bought a fly rod in the 80s LAMIGLAS 9foot 6ins after many years it developed a loose fit David took it back fitted a new top section refurbished it (free of charge)the rod is still superb after all these years. i cannot speak highly enough on this shop for after sales service,if i could vote 10 stars i certainly would
