I had a small problem with my car a few weeks ago it was raining very heavy and I was really in trouble. I found Sterrettsauto centre on the internet with my phone.
A mechanic was with me in about 10 minutes and had my car fixed very fast.
The mechanic was friendly very professional and was able to see the problem right away. I would recommend Sterrettsautocentre to everyone.
Very good customer service and fixed the car fast, , I would have no hesitation in recommending Sterrettsautocentre to anyone and have already done so to all my friends.

My car had been having problems starting so I took it to Kwik Fit at Yorkgate in Belfast to have the battery checked as I had bought it from them a few weeks earlier they eventually diagnosed a stretched timing chain which they could not do so after some checking and a few quotes I had it transported to Sterrett's and they came back to me that it was actually the cam shaft sensor and quoted £140 to replace it I suspected this was rather high but told them to go ahead as I didn't really have much choice.

As a fan of Wheeler dealers I should have known better I have checked and to replace a cam shaft sensor should be a half hour tops they charged 2&1/2 labour for what is a fairly minor job should have been £50 tops, overbilling like this is fraud and I won't be going back to this particular garage and I would advise others to stay away, as for Sterrett's honesty is the best policy if you want good reviews and repeat business taking the public for mugs doesn't work out in the long run especially in the age of the internet and online reviews.
