My truthful review of fenland machine services.
I worked here for two years and in my whole working life it was the worst company I have ever worked for with the most toxic environment I have ever experienced. The manager Gary Pollington and workshop supervisor Lewis Ball constantly bullied the other workers to a point of them going of sick with mental health problems the owners Chris markham and gavin markham do the same. They lost 3 people by doing that.. the general condition of the workshop is dangerous including the machines and electrics and when you tell the health and safety man George he just laughed and tells the manager so they bully you more. On three occasions I was backed into a corner and threatened with violence. The company has one customer that is not giving fms much work so they have been doing scrap runs for months. Because they are not interested in scouting for new work and customers how bad is that. This company is the worst I've ever worked at and my best advice to everyone is stay clear of it.
