We would like to make our customers aware that we are experiencing problems with one particular person who is posting malicious and abusive reviews about us.
We have tried to deal with this customer in a professional manner, but unfortunately have had to involve the police due to this person's extremely aggressive behaviour. The individual has since been sanctioned by the police for her actions and we have received a letter of apology for her behaviour.
Google have been sent evidence that her review (and that of her partner) contains lies designed to damage our reputation and we look forward to these reviews being removed shortly.
In the meantime we would like to say thank you to all our customers for their continued support.
