Have to give one star as I've been an excellent customer of theirs for years and spent hundreds of pounds on jewellery from CC High Wycombe. A recent purchase of earrings I discovered, from my local jewellers, were hallmarked for eight carat gold which means a very low grade gold, not even up to UK lowest standards of gold. I paid just under thirty pounds plus postage for these and emailed them about the problem of them being too costly for such a poor quality item. They ignored my message, however whenever I've emailed about buying they've replied promptly enough!!
I don't trust this store anymore after this so hopefully this review will help others decide to be a bit more careful about buying here.
