This group is closely associated with the Church of Scientology. All of the tutors are Scientologists and Applied Scholastics, the organisation whose logo they feature, is a paid franchise operation wholly owned by the Church, not an recognised educational qualification.

While I strongly believe that people are entitled to believe whatever they please, there are several reasons why this connection might raise concerns.

The first is that the Applied Scholastics system is identical to 'study tech', taught to Scientologists as part of their religion. Why don't they make this clear? Catholic and CofE Schools certainly do - why can't Scientology tutors.

Also, the Applied Scholastics system seems to suppress the critical thought that should be encouraged by educators.
