After years of continually having a poor reception at out property in Gorse Covert during bad weather and a number of previous companies to try and resolve it.

We gave Ken a call. What a delightful person, Told him exactly what the problem was, which TVs were effected and what type of weather conditions were causing the issue. With-in half an hour, he had diagnosed the problem and told me what he believed would sort the issue. Told him to go ahead.
He took no payment at this stage and said " see how it goes over the weekend "

By chance, we had bad weather !!! and only twice lost the picture for a few seconds on BBC channels.

As a sub note, I already knew that we had an old type of aerial and that it might be time to upgrade.

He came back the following week, we upgraded the aerial and a few cable tweeks, re-tuned all the TVs and digital boxes.
Job done, absolutely brilliant.....

As a bonus we now have even more channels receivable on the digi boxes and TVs.

Would I recommend? Without Doubt...

He explains everything, will now not use anyone else
