Have just read the review of White Acres Farm left by rainbowgirl72 and could not disagree with her more! As a regular customer of this excellent establishment I'd like to give a more "accurate" review which hopefully people will read. As a former rider I was keen to find a safe place for my daughter to learn when she expressed an interest in horses and I certainly found it at White Acres. Contrary to what rainbowgirl72 says, White Acres is very well run and people always have a good time. Jo the owner and her team are helpful, friendly and keen to ensure their customers are well looked after. I had to laugh at the comments about noise and puppies being "locked" in barns. Firstly, I would expect an establishment where animals are kept to produce a certain level of noise and secondly, Jo is also a dog breeder and the dogs and puppies kept in stables are usually nursing mothers and their litters kept in safety for their own protection. They are all happy and well cared for. As for the pony barn, it is excellently laid out and many people have commented on how much their children have enjoyed themselves. My daughter loves to go to White Acres and in her time has become quite an experienced young rider following the excellent tuition she has received. Perhaps this lady who feels she has had a bad experience has little understanding of how such places operate, but I can honestly say I would give Jo and her team 10 out of 10 and would recommend them to anyone! Most certainly,my daughter would not wish to ride anywhere else.
