Unfortunately it would not let me give negative stars!!!!! I ordered rosettes from these people 6 weeks and 9 weeks before I required them by email and requested an invoice to pay, received no reply so contacted them by phone a week later to be told they had received the order was told they had and would invoice me. still no invoice contacted them for a third time, they returned my call saying they couldn't fill the first part of the order (the one with 6 weeks notice) but would definitely manage the rest, I asked again for an invoice and was assured they would work out the new total and email me. 5 days before my show and still no invoice so I phoned them again, they returned my call initially saying that they hadn't completed my order as I hadn't paid for the first half of the order that they had sent out, I informed them they had cancelled the order and a third party had taken the call when they had. I was then told the new girl in the office had deleted my order by mistake, when I pointed out they had remembered my order exactly so I felt this was unlikely a woman came on the phone and informed me I should have contacted them more for an invoice, 3 times wasn't enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am now massively out of pocket as I will have to refund entry fees and have purchased engraved trophies and sashes, but worst of all there are 40 children who will not have their annual gymkhana this weekend.
I have of course contacted trading standards and have contacted a solicitor with regards to getting compensation who thinks I have an excellent case as I have an email requesting payment instruction and call logs however this in no way will make up for the stress and disappointment.
